As the Events Assistant Jordan Scharaga is responsible for managing daily space requests for the internal campus community. She oversees the office’s community night initiative and is the supervisor for the student event assistant program. Jordan provides publicity and marketing support for all Music, Theater and Dance performances. Jordan also supervises the front of house team for all theater and dance productions and serves as the office liaison to the Leadership Development and Student Activities Office.
Jordan promotes campus events externally through local community calendars and runs the college’s box office.
In the summer she provides support to CASE’s performing arts clients and works with the Collegeville Economic Development Corps (CEDC) to organize and promote their annual Movies on the Lawn series.
Jordan Scharaga joined the CASE Office in December 2018. She previously worked as a House Manager at the Bucks County Playhouse.
Jordan is happy to be back at Ursinus and is the proud owner of a dog named Bruce.
