Transfer story: As a junior in high school, I made the ignorant decision of committing to a school for sports. After two years of attending that institution, I quickly realized the error in my snap judgement, and started making plans to leave, without really knowing where I wanted to go. Thankfully, the wonderful Ursinus volleyball coach reached out to me and encouraged me to visit. I instantly fell in love with the campus, and with the help of the amazing people in the transfer office I easily made the switch to attend Ursinus.
Why Ursinus?: The environment at Ursinus was a complete 180 compared to the previous institution I attended, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The people were very welcoming, the professors truly cared about the success of their students, and there was more of a variety of opportunities for me to experience. Having been at Ursinus for almost two semesters, I am eternally grateful for my transference to this wonderful institution.
Favorite activity/experience at Ursinus: My favorite experience at Ursinus was homecoming, because I got to witness the legacy and impact that Ursinus has made on so many people’s lives by bringing back all the alumni.
