What I Love about Writing
I love how with writing, especially creative writing, you can look back at your work and feel proud of your hard work and your ability to string words together into coherency. When you present your work, there is a sort of declaration. “I put my heart and soul into this piece, and these are my words.”
I was adopted from China when I was 13 months old. After my mother went through cancer treatment, I have had a fascination with the sciences. I play violin and created a string ensemble that played for charity throughout middle school and high school. Here at Ursinus, I am a biology major and I hope to one day go into research.
Life After Ursinus
I am still unsure as to what precisely I want to do in life. I am planning on going to graduate school after Ursinus and hopefully go into biology research.
I am allergic to my own cats, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, pineapple, and every tree in the state of Pennsylvania.
