Christopher Costa is an adjunct member of the Health and Exercise Physiology department. He currently instructs students through the Critical Concepts of Strength and Conditioning. Previous experiences have brought Chris to Ursinus, with over 10 years of critical practical experience in the fields of human performance, sports science, and long term athletic improvement. As a practitioner, Chris has worked with the novice to elite amateur and professional athletes. Chris completed graduate school in 9 months successively in 2019. He is considering and actively exploring a PhD in Sports Science, Biomechanics, and Human Performance.
