“Keep Ithaka always in your mind. Arriving there is what you’re destined for. But don’t hurry the journey at all. Better if it lasts for years, so you’re old by the time you reach the island, wealthy with all you’ve gained on the way, not expecting Ithaka to make you rich.” - C.P. Cavafy

Renee joined the Ursinus community in the summer of 2022 from Lehigh University in their Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Department. She looks forward to helping within Student Affairs and working closely with the Abele Scholars. She has her Masters in Educational Leadership through Lehigh and looks forward to using what she has learned to support the community.

Renee spent most of her twenties living and working in Japan and still considers Japan her second home. She enjoys traveling and finding adventures, spending time with her family and friends, playing board games and has taken up a new hobby in plants.
