Crystal Davison

The Assistant Director of the Ursinus Institute for Student Success coordinates and implements all student status changes and serves as the professor for the IDS-021 course. The AD is also responsible for data collection, assessment, as well as other academic success initiatives.

Background

Prior to joining Ursinus, Crystal served as a Student Success Advocate in upstate New York at Cayuga Community College. Prior to her work in academic success, she worked in Residence Life as a Hall Director for two and a half years at SUNY Oswego. Crystal enjoys supporting students holistically and aiding them to overcome barriers to their academic and personal success.

In her down time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her mini-goldendoodle Arlo, playing board games, reading, and creating (cooking, ceramics, painting, etc).
