Laura Cunningham
Director of Scholarship Experiences/ Master Certified Professional Life Coach
Laura joined the Institute for Student Success Office at Ursinus in July 2019. She is the Director of Scholarship Experiences, which provides programming and support to students interested in incorporating interfaith opportunities into their college experience. In her work with the Smith Scholars, Laura facilitates personal development activities, advises first-year Scholars, and coordinates interfaith opportunities on campus.
Laura also is an overall support to students at Ursinus. She is a Master Certified Professional Life Coach, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner.
Background
Prior to joining the Ursinus community, Laura served as a Resident Director and Assistant Director of Service Opportunities for six years at Houghton College. Before that, she was an Area Director for YouthWorks and coordinated service learning opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
