I wanted to get involved with the TLI Consultant Program because I loved the idea of getting to act as the SPTQ during the semester rather than just at the end. Being able to be a bridge between student and educator as a future educator myself is a fascinating experience and one that will not only allow me to voice suggestions for improvement during the students’ experience but will also allow me to ensure that I am a receptive classroom leader in my own career. Communication is key, and I hope that I am able to start conversations within our community to make our learning experiences that much more effective and memorable.
