Connor Donohue

Connor is responsible for strategizing and creating engaging content for Ursinus College’s primary institutional social media platforms, as well as managing them on a daily basis. Additionally, he generates written and digital content for the college’s primary website.

Background

Originally from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, Connor joined Ursinus College in June of 2024 after earning his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Penn State University and his master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Kutztown University. Throughout his college career, he gained valuable experience working in multiple athletic departments, primarily as a sports information director. Notably, he served as the primary media contact for Penn State Softball and managed media relations for six different sports programs at Kutztown. Connor also contributes as a social media editor for Major League Soccer, where he produces engaging content for their MLS NEXT Pro division.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, attending sporting events, and watching movies. He also finds joy in engaging in spirited debates about New Jersey lore, such as his firm belief that Central Jersey doesn’t exist and the fact it’s called Taylor Ham, not Pork Roll.
