Reneé currently serves as the Executive Director of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit membership organization serving businesses in the Perkiomen Valley region where she has served for 12 years. Reneé provides vision and strategic direction for the organization. Reporting to the Chamber’s Board of Directors, she collaborates with economic development partners, educational partners, elected officials, businesses, and residents to encourage and develop business opportunities that will ensure member growth and prosperity.

Renee’s passion for business led her to a degree in Marketing from West Chester University and Graduate School advancement in the MBA Program in Management. Following her educational studies, Renee worked in the private sector at a Technology Solutions Company, serving as an Account Executive for clients in the Mid-Atlantic region, including the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and T. Rowe Price. Her firm was on the cutting edge specializing in UNIX-based computer system backup solutions and firewalls.

Renee believes in both honesty and friendship as core values and realizes that the former has enhanced her blessings of many lifelong personal and business relationships.

Renee has resided in Collegeville, PA for the past 25 years with her husband, Tom, an Ursinus Graduate – Class of 1991 – Go Bears! They have two children - Alexandria, a ’22 graduate of Penn State University who created her own apparel business named AlexBlomCreates and Blaise, a senior at the Temple University Fox School of Business.
