Leannie Jusino
The Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Commuter Central offers a range of services, programs, and support for members of the commuter, transfer, adult learner, and veteran communities. The AD aims to help these populations thrive–helping them feel a sense of belonging and preparedness for success at Ursinus.
Background
Prior to working at Ursinus College, I was a student and staff member at Cedar Crest College. In 2022 I graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, B.A in Communications, and two certifications in Event Planning and Human Resource Management. In my undergraduate, I was the Vice President of the Student Activities Board and planned 58 events that ranged from bingo, dances, off-campus trips, and midnight breakfasts.
I completed my Master’s of Business Administration in May 2023 while serving as the Graduate Area Coordinator in the office of Housing and Residence Life at Cedar Crest College. In that role, I supervised a team of Resident Advisors, oversaw the maintenance and upkeep of two residence halls, and created content for the office’s Instagram.
When I am not event planning or brainstorming ideas, people can find me going for a walk, reading, or re-watching Lilo and Stitch for the millionth time.
As I transition in the role as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Commuter Central, I look forward to returning to my event planning roots, and boosting engagement for all students to make their time at Ursinus memorable.
