Science and the Common Good are important to me because there is a great need for recognition of the very personal aspects of science and medicine. By making this a focus, we can improve the effectiveness of scientific outreach to the general population.

I have participated in Dr. Bailey’s research lab where we investigated the effects of multiple physiological factors on the heart health of mice. I also completed an XLP where I interned as a member of a graphic design team to produce social media posts for the Unbiased Science podcast.
