Science and the Common Good is important to me because it bridges the gap between the scientific community and the general public. This communication allows the public to gain knowledge and stay informed about important issues in science.

I currently participate in research in Dr. Straub’s lab working with salamanders. I also went to Sweden this summer for 6 weeks as part of Summer Fellows research on beetles and climate change.
