Emmanuel Cuffee
Background
Growing up in the intercity of Hampton Roads, Virginia, Emmanuel Cuffee has learned much about perseverance and the tools needed to grow into the person we all desire to become one day. His upbringing and humbling experiences have helped him to value the struggles of others and find a true passion in the helping field of Counseling. He is an integrative therapist who enjoys tailoring his interventions to meet the needs of each of his clients with a focus on Narrative Therapy. Currently, he is finishing his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Liberty University. He can often be seen smiling, laughing, and bringing new, fresh, & positive perspectives to life. He brings with him a background as a former collegiate student-athlete and sports enthusiast. He has a heart for all walks of life, no matter the beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences of students and athletes alike. Emmanuel’s work experiences include working for Grandview Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, Montgomery County Mobile Crisis, being a Life Skills Coach & having a Local Pastoral role. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exercising, sports, fishing, and the great outdoors.
