Ilyssa Marsh

Background

Ilyssa Marsh (she/her) is an Ursinus senior Biology major double minoring in Psychology and Science and the Common Good. Ilyssa works as a student intern at the Wellness Center, where she helps facilitate the on-campus therapy dog program. Her favorite part about her role is the community she helps to build centered around the therapeutic potential of dogs, as well as seeing the joy that therapy dogs bring to campus. In addition to her role at the Wellness Center, Ilyssa is also a Bonner Leader, Parlee Fellow, lead genetics tutor, member of the school’s ensemble, and honors researcher. Ilyssa hopes to pursue a career in genetic counseling post-graduation.
