Bonjour ! My name is Olonah, I come from the South-west of France and I am the French TA for the year 2023-2024. I graduated from a bachelor degree specializing in English studies and I always had a vast interest in english-speaking countries. I have always been interested in learning more about American culture, literature and history too. So, it is with such a pleasure that I join Ursinus College for this academic year.

When I am not working and studying, I love to dance, read and watch movies. I am also really fond of music (especially American music). These are cultural aspects I will try to share with my teaching of a foreign language as well.

I wish to share more about my culture, about France and learn at the same time. I am really looking forward to being able to be part of a cultural exchange during my time as a teaching assistant because I believe that cultural interaction can be one of the most interesting things to do, as a teacher and also just as a person.”
