I want to be a Sustainability because not only do I want to explore and grow my passion for the environment, but I want to share it with the Ursinus community. Sustainability is the future and I want to delve into how we can mitigate our environmental impact on campus and gain the skills to be able to do so on a greater scale in the future

One of my most memorable moments was going to the local recycling facility with my Environmental 100 class and seeing how they operated and processed all that waste. It opened my eyes to how recycling works and the amount of sorting and processing that occurs to be able to reuse materials. I loved getting the opportunity and hands-on experience to be able to go there.
