Steve Halasa

Steve is responsible for the planning, design, construction, engineering, maintenance, and operation of campus buildings, real estate, grounds, utility systems, and supporting infrastructure of approximately 1.5 million square feet of building space on a 170-acre site. He provides oversight of Capital Programs and Facilities Management and includes the following operations: Campus Planning, Capital Project Management, Engineering, Event Support and Facilities Operations/Services.

Background

Steve spent the first half of his career in the accounting and finance world with both fortune 500 companies and smaller firms before moving into higher education. He was the Assistant Director of Facilities for Capital Planning at Arcadia University and a Director with Aramark Facilities Management at Rosemont College.
