Lauren Sciocchetti


Throughout her career, Lauren has married her passion for recruitment with a commitment to fostering academic excellence. Her past experience underscores her dedication to empowering students and families to make the best choices for their education. She looks forward to continuing to help students find their fit at Ursinus College.

Prior to Ursinus, Lauren served as the Director of Admission at Neumann University, where she oversaw undergraduate and transfer recruitment. While at Neumann, Lauren also served a dual role as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach from 2013 to 2021 until fully transitioning to the director role at Neumann. Prior to Neumann, Lauren held roles athletics at Swarthmore College and Centenary University before finding her home in enrollment management.

In her 20-year career, Lauren has strived to ensure the voices of those historically underserved and under-resourced have been heard, first as a case manager in a shelter for women and children and then through her role in enrollment management in higher education. Lauren has worked with all populations at the undergraduate level with a focus in transfer, first generation and student-athletes. Lauren recently completed a post master’s certificate in transfer leadership and practice.
