  • Mindfulness - a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment
  • Gratitude - the state of being grateful: thankfulness
  • Wellbeing – the state of being happy, healthy, or prosperous

Things for you to consider:

  • Bask in the moment and be present
  • Sleep in if you want
  • Go for a walk on campus, Main Street, or the Perkiomen Trail
  • Listen to Music on the lawn
  • DO Whatever you need to become centered and focused for tomorrow
