Arts and Lecture Committee
The Arts & Lecture Committee supports the curricular and co-curricular programs of the college and supports the artistic and intellectual life at Ursinus.
The committee promotes an interdisciplinary approach that enhances, enriches, and supports academic offerings and encourages a diversity of perspectives, opinions, and aesthetic pursuits. Lectures and performances are available to the broader public and add a cultural and educational opportunity for the greater community.
Spring 2024 Proposals and Deadlines:
The current deadline to submit your event proposal is Monday December 4, 2023. The A&L Committee will be reviewing applications as they are received on a rolling basis through December 4.

When completing your proposal, please make sure to indicate how your event programming relates to any of the four questions from the Ursinus Quest: Open Questions Open Minds curriculum.

If you have received funding for a fall 2023 event:
Please submit receipts for your events by the last day of fall semester classes, so that we are aware of any additional funds we might put towards new spring semester events.
