The budget process begins each year in December with departments submitting their budgets in January. During the month of February, Vice Presidents will have the opportunity to review the submitted budgets and discussion will take place as needed. The President’s Cabinet will review budgets in March and finalize them in April for the May Board of Trustees meeting.
Department budgets for the 2016-17 fiscal year will be available after they have been approved at the May Board of Trustees meeting through Reporting Services. You will be able to access the approved budgets mid June under the Financial Reports tab and selecting “Approved budget for Next Fiscal year”, or please click here.
