There are a variety of events, programs, and activities hosted by Ursinus College throughout the year that are open to the public. While we are not renting our facilities to external clients, we hope you will continue to visit, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy all of the wonderful opportunities Ursinus has to offer.

One night a week, we are providing a space to serve as meeting space for nonprofit organizations within 25 miles of campus through our community night program.

Facility Rentals

Ursinus College facilities are available primarily for programs offered by and intended for the campus community.

There are a variety of events, programs, and activities hosted by the college throughout the year that are open to the public. While we are not renting our facilities to external clients, we hope you will continue to visit, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy all of the wonderful opportunities Ursinus has to offer. Ursinus College alumni are eligible to be married in Bomberger Hall on the College campus.

The hall accommodates up to 400 guests. Wedding ceremonies are only permitted during June, July and early August. Weddings may not be held during the academic year, this includes the winter and spring academic breaks.

Ursinus cannot accommodate wedding receptions on campus.

Wedding photos are welcome to be taken in outdoor spaces throughout campus. If you wish to have your wedding party photos on campus and you are not getting married in Bomberger you must contact the number below to check the campus calendar for any large events that may be occurring and to reserve a time.
