Receiving Reasonable Accommodations
Students who are interested in receiving academic accommodations, physical modifications/accommodations, and housing/food adjustments and have not gone through the accommodation process should and review the information provided in the Accommodation Request Process Overview and complete the Accommodation Request Form. You will then meet with a member of the Disability and Access team to review your request and determine next steps.
Student who currently registered with Disability and Access who are looking for modifications to their accommodations should email firstname.lastname@example.org to connect about their new request.
Approved Accommodation Letters
Once the student confirms their accommodations in their Bear Accessibility Student Portal, accommodation letters will be sent out to the students’ instructors via email.
At least 2 weeks prior to each semester, students should log into the Bear Accessibility Student Portal and renew their accommodations.
