Daily, Monday through Friday:

Empty wastebaskets and remove trash or recycling to designated areas.
Replace plastic liners in trash or recycling cans.
Spot clean carpets when stained.
Clean fingerprints and smudges from doorframes, doors, wall areas and kick plates and switch plates.
Clean and disinfect all toilet bowls, sinks, urinals, partitions, shower stalls and walls in rest rooms.
Check and maintain all dispensers.
Polish and clean all mirrors and other bright work in restrooms and locker rooms.
Secure offices, close windows when not in use.
Spot vacuum or spot mop floors as appropriate.
Damp mop entranceways and lobbies.
Clean fingerprints and smudges from glass in entranceways doorframes, doors, windows, walls and switch plates.

Weekly:

Clean all offices one time per week.
Damp mop stairwells.
Thoroughly detail vacuum edges and corners of carpeted areas to remove dust build up.
Vacuum carpets thoroughly.
Damp mop all offices as needed.
Replace furniture to proper location.
Clean and sanitize all telephones.
Dust all furniture, ledges and windowsills. Remove spots from cloth furniture.
Clean HVAC grilles.
Dust all areas.

Daily:

Wet mop all tile, ceramic and wood floors and stairs using disinfectant.
Empty all wastebaskets and remove to trash or recycling designated area.
Empty and clean sanitary napkin receptacles.
Replace plastic liners in trash or recycling cans.
Clean, sanitize and polish drinking water fountains.
Clean fingerprints, smudges and spills from doorframes, doors, walls, and glass in entranceways and around switch plates.
Clean and disinfect all bowls, sinks, urinals, partitions and shower stalls.
Sweep all stairwells and wet mop any spills or stains.
Maintain all dispenser supplies and paper products.
Laundry areas will be cleaned, and machine tops, lids, doors and lint traps cleaned and vacuumed.
Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots.
Clean entire kitchen. Wipe sink and fixtures, counter and range tops and outside of appliances.
Check oven interior and spot clean.

Weekly:

Spot clean-carpeted areas and clean lounge furniture.
Wash and scrub tile walls. Mildew must be controlled.
Clean all dispensers.
Check for mildew and remove from walls or ceilings.
