Quitting can be tough but we’ve got lots of resources to help you when you’re ready.
If you want to quit, recognize there will be barriers and temptations. Consider what will make it most difficult for you so you can try to plan ahead and build in support structures to keep you working towards your goals. Enlist your friends for support and let them know you are trying to quit so they can help hold you accountable. Try to focus on what you are gaining from quitting - more money, more endurance/lung capacity, just to name two. And reach out for support! You don’t have to do it alone.
