List of all events for the week

Wellness Week 2023

We all should be considering how to best nourish our mind, body, and soul through daily activities that work best for us. It’s up to each of us to figure out ways to move our bodies, express our emotions, invigorate our minds, and lift our spirits. When it comes to health and wellness: what will you do?

All events that are included in Wellness Week 2023 are designed to empower students to take care of themselves. There are lots of options so find something that you think will benefit you and mark your calendar!

Take time to plan out the semester by writing all your due dates in a planner and get organized for your classes. Listen to music out on the lawn. Dance in your room. Play your favorite game.
