Employee Assistance Program
The College recognizes that employees experience everyday challenges of life that may affect health, family life and desire to excel at work.
We provide all employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is designed to help employees seek consultation on a broad range of issues as early as possible, before the problem becomes critical.
Employees are entitled to receive up to three consultations with a licensed clinician per incident, per individual, per calendar year at no cost.
The insurance provider for this program is Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
