Employee Assistance Program
The College recognizes that employees experience everyday challenges of life that may affect health, family life and desire to excel at work.
We provide all employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is designed to help employees seek consultation on a broad range of issues as early as possible, before the problem becomes critical.
Online/phone support: Unlimited, confidential 24/7
In-person: you can get up to 3 visits available at no additional cost to you with a Licensed Professional Counselor. Your counselor may refer you to resources in your community for ongoing support.
