The Performance Management Process is a valuable tool used to help clearly define goals and expectations, development paths, training needs, and highlight accomplishments made throughout the year.

Evaluation Schedules

While employees and managers meet regularly throughout the year, the College’s formal evaluation schedule is as follows:

  • Mid-Year: November through December
  • Annual: June through July

New Hires:

How does the process work?

  1. Employees receive an email from Blue alerting them that the evaluation is open
  2. Review the job description linked to the evaluation
  3. Complete self-evaluation
  4. Manager completes evaluation
  5. Employee and manager meet to discuss evaluation and feedback
