Keep track of any accomplishments and trainings you complete throughout the year. This is a great way to make sure nothing gets forgotten or overlooked. In addition, continue to review your job description regularly to ensure it is up to date.

• Non-exempt employees will complete their first evaluation at three-months
• Exempt employees will complete their first evaluation at six-months

Once your logged in, to access your evaluations, you will stay on the homepage and look under the “Tasks” section. In this section, you will be able to access any evaluations that are open and view the status of those (ex: in progress, completed, or expired).

On your homepage underneath the “Tasks” section you will find the “Reports” section. This is where all previously completed evaluations can be found and accessed. Once you select the report you’d like to view it will automatically redirect you to another window to view the report. If you’d like to download it as a PDF, you can select the “download PDF” button in the upper right-hand corner of the report.

You will need to select the report that includes “Employee and Manager Response Sheet” in the title. For example, if you are looking to view your managers responses from your 2023 mid-year evaluation, you will want to select the report titled “Mid-Year Performance Review Employee and Manager Response Sheet 2023”.
