Information Technology encompasses Enterprise Information Group, Network Operations, the Technology Support Center, and Event Technology. We provide solutions for all technology needs at Ursinus.

Tech Support

Our Tech Support Center, located on the main level of the Myrin Library, is staffed by professional staff members and student consultants.  We provide solutions and assistance for hardware and software issues on any device, and can help you with all of your technology needs and questions. 

Instructional Technology

Instructional Technology serves faculty and students by providing support, instruction and access to new and emerging technologies. 

Enterprise Information

The Enterprise Information team supports and implements core campus-wide systems.  Additionally, the team works to seamlessly connect applications, provide key institutional data to decision makers, and grow our business intelligence processes.

Tech Support Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 10 PM
