Ursinus Campus Printing Instructions
If you have any questions or issues with printing,
please call Tech Support at 610-409-3789 and we can meet you at one of the five
SmartStations and assist you.
We will be happy to meet with you, help you with printing and walk you through the process, and answer any questions you may have.

How Do I Print?
Go to https://ink.me/ursinus and sign in. Click Print and drag and drop or upload the file(s) you want to print.

Then click Continue. Now go to the print station and either sign in or insert your ID card into the slot and remove it. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Can’t I Just Click File > Print on my Computer?
You can! But first you need to install the printer driver. Go to https://ink.me/ursinus and sign in. Click File>Print at the top and download the driver.

Once completed, open the file you wish to print on your computer, click File >Print and choose the Ink Smart Kiosk Print Driver.  Now go to the SmartStation and either sign in or insert your ID card into the slot and remove it. Follow the onscreen instructions.

How Do I Know How Much I am Being Charged to Print?
Once you are signed in to the SmartStation, click Print and select the file(s) you wish to print (all
files are selected by default). You will see your print jobs listed and how much you are being charged for each file.
Charges for printing in Black and White are: 7 Cents per page
Charges for printing in Color are: 18 cents per page

I Don’t Want to Be Charged for Color. How Do I Change it to Black and White?
Once you are signed in to the SmartStation, click Print and choose the file(s) you wish to print. Click Continue. Select Choose Print Options.

Click the pencil icon next to the print job.

Then click Continue. Select Black and White, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the print job. Following these steps will also allow you other options including choosing to print double-sided.

Using Bear bucks and why does it say I have $0 in my account?

 

Don’t worry! Unless you add money to your inkCloud account, the $0 you see after logging in at the SmartStation is the amount in your
inkCloud account.

 

If you want to use Bear Bucks, go to the print station, insert your ID card into the slot and remove it, and follow the onscreen instructions to link your card and print.

 

After linking your card to your Ursinus account, anytime you send a print job to print, towards the end of the process to finalize your print job at the SmartStation, you will be prompted to either pay using inkCloud funds or Bear Bucks funds and
you will see the amount you have left in your Bear Bucks account. You can then choose Bear bucks as your payment method.

Towards the bottom of this webpage, you will see a link titled “online deposit process” which will walk you through adding funds to your Bear bucks account.
