Katie lives in Phoenixvillle, PA with her husband, John and her dog, Charlie. You can find them hiking the many trails in the area, kayaking in the river, or swimming in the French creek.

MEET KAREN: Karen Miller may be new to Ursinus college but she is not new to wanting to help others. Empathetic, compassionate, and striving to empower people is who you find at her core.

Through recovery, she found herself beginning to heal mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Believing every person deserves happiness and to be at peace within allows her to meet people where they’re at and has been said to be her superpower.

Along this journey and her passion to help others to heal, she has recently become a
Certified Peer Support Specialist, IFS – Level 1 trained practitioner and a Reiki practitioner.

Karen enjoys spending her time with her children, spending time in mother nature and connecting with people.
