Faculty in Residence
Through the Faculty in Residence program, students living on campus are provided increased access and interaction with faculty members and their families.
Ursinus College prides itself on the tradition of excellent teaching and student interaction with faculty. The high quality of education that students receive at Ursinus is built upon this framework. The professors who serve as Faculty in Residence act as liaisons between Ursinus College faculty and students while encouraging the intellectual stimulation and academic involvement of students living on campus. The Faculty in Residence work closely and cooperatively with the residence life staff in developing a sense of community, being available to students in an informal setting, providing programs and activities, and attempting to meet the academic and community needs of students.
