Housing Information
All Ursinus students are guaranteed housing for four years.
Current Students
The Residence Life Office communicates updated housing policies and procedures with rising sophomore, junior, and senior students for the upcoming academic year during the spring semester. The housing selection and assignment process includes the SPINT housing application and selection process, a squatting process for Reimert and Main Street houses, and a lottery process open to all returning students.
Students who study abroad during the fall semester receive information about spring housing via email from the Residence Life Office in late fall.
Summer housing is also available for students who participate in the Summer Fellows program, complete internships for credit, or hold employment positions on campus.
New Students
New students have the opportunity to provide the college with preferences related to room size, roommates, and lifestyle. Incoming students learn more about their housing selection process during summer orientation and information will be available on the new students site.
