Everything you need to know about living on campus this spring!
Am I guaranteed housing on campus?
Yes! All Ursinus students are guaranteed housing on campus. Unless you inform us otherwise, we assume you want to live in the residence halls.
How does the Residence Life staff make housing assignments?
Like in fall housing lottery, we use class years and lottery numbers to give you the best match according to your preferences. We do our best to create placements that match your preferences with the available spaces created by student departures and consolidations.
How do I inform Residence Life of my housing preferences?
Returning Students should click here to fill out the Spring Housing Preference Survey. Surveys are due by Friday, December 18th.
New and transfer students please click here to fill out your Spring Housing Preference Survey. Surveys are due by Sunday, January 3rd.
What are my chances of getting a single room?
We can’t anticipate how many singles will be available, or how many people returning to campus will request one. The best advice we can give you is to indicate your preferences as clearly as possible on the survey, and prepare for alternatives.
When will I find out my housing assignment?
Housing assignments will be sent via email on Monday, January 11th, 2021. Your housing email will include your building and room number, the name of your roommate (if applicable), and details for move-in.
When is move-in day for spring semester?
Ursinus College is closed on Monday, January 18th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We encourage our entire campus community to use this occasion to reflect upon the life of Dr. King and to celebrate his legacy and his commitment to service.
Move-in day for all students for the spring semester is Tuesday, January 19th. Please ensure all paperwork, payments, and COVID-19 test results are completed and are up to date before arriving on campus. Please submit your COVID-19 test results to email@example.com
You will be able to check the status of your account via the Grizzly Gateway. The College will not permit students to participate in college activities, reside in residence halls, or attend classes until the COVID-19 test result is submitted.
