• Advertisements via email, poster, etc. need to be approved by Student Engagement before being placed around campus or sent out. 
• Visit the Campus Life Channel to upload your 13x6 inch custom sized slide for tv monitors around campus. It can be jpg or ppt file. Find a template, guidelines, details and submission button at that link.

Please view the Solicitations Policy in the Student Handbook. Make sure any posters for your organization abide by these policies—those that do not may be removed by Student Engagement Staff.
