We serve students and their families with the highest level of customer service in the billing and collection of student accounts, campus-based loans, processing of payments, and disbursement of Financial Aid.
We are here to provide students and families with accurate and timely information concerning student account questions in a professional and courteous manner. We are partners, working in association with other College offices, to maintain accurate financial records and communicate information to our constituents.
All billing correspondence is directed to the student only at their Ursinus College e-mail account and the home address on file. It is expected that students check their e-mail frequently and share important student account information with their parents/persons responsible for bill payment.
The student may grant access to a third-party through the student self-service page via the Grizzly Gateway. In order to access a student’s account information or to make a payment via phone or email, the inquirer must supply the student’s school ID number and/or the last four digits of the student’s social security number and date of birth.
