Upon a student’s dismissal, withdrawal, or leave of absence for any reason from the College prior to the first day of class each academic semester, the student will receive a full credit refund of monies paid for the semester minus any outstanding balance on the account.
For new students only, the credit will be less $500.00 to cover application, enrollment and registration charges. Additionally, any student indebtedness to the College or to any of its departments or agencies will be deducted from any remainder due to the student.
Any applicable tuition, fees, and board (food) charges will be credited to students who are dismissed, take a leave of absence or withdrawal from the college (not individual classes) for any reason using the table below. Students are responsible for the full room (housing) charge starting on the first day of classes. Institutional financial aid will also be adjusted using the percentages found in the attached documents below. All federal aid received will be adjusted according to the requirements mandated by Title IV.
*Note, if a student falls below full-time status on or before the last day to add/drop classes, they are subject to a loss or reduction of institutional, federal, and state aid.
The separation policy below pertains to both full-time and part-time students.
