The Ursinus Board of Trustees has agreed to match new and increased donations dollar-for-dollar!
Founded in 1869, Ursinus College was named for Zacharias Ursinus, a 16th century theologian whose writings exemplified an egalitarian and unpretentious spirit that still characterizes us today.
Ursinus offers students the privileges and responsibilities of becoming researchers, writers, thinkers and artists alongside their professors and provides an education that changes lives and prepares students to be global citizens.
As we celebrate our 150th year, donor support is crucial. We ask you today to consider providing a firm foundation for the college’s next 150 years by making a multi-year commitment of support.
Here’s how the challenge works:
- If you did make a gift to the Annual Fund during our last fiscal year (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018), simply increase your gift amount this year, and your entire gift will be matched! Your gift will be considered an “increased” donation in the challenge.
- If you didn’t make a gift to the Annual Fund during our last fiscal year (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018) but give today, your entire gift will be matched. Your gift will be considered a “new” donation in the challenge.
And for our most loyal and supportive donors, if you pledge to give the same amount or more for the next two fiscal years, each of those donations will be matched, too!
