In addition to administering financial aid, The Office of Student Financial Services serves students and their families in the billing and collection of student accounts, campus-based loans, processing of payments, and disbursement of financial aid.

Fall 2024 billing will be available online on 7/8. All balances must be paid in full no later than 8/5! Students must complete the 24-25 SRA prior to check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR CHECK-IN. Please be sure to check your student self-service for any holds or alerts.
A Helping Hand
Approximately 99 percent of all Ursinus students receive some form of assistance. For 2023-2024 Ursinus administered over $82 million in financial aid—nearly $56 million in the form of institutional scholarships and grants that do not have to be repaid. The funding for our institutional scholarships are partially underwritten by generous Ursinus alumni, friends, foundations, and corporations. Thousands of supporters are stepping up each year to help you afford Ursinus.
In addition to providing instruction and counseling on applying for need-based financial aid, and determining eligibility for such funding, our office provides guidance on financing the cost of an Ursinus education via private student and parent loans and payment plans as well as information relating to bill charges, payments and federal student loans.
How to Apply for Financial Aid
Prospective freshman can apply for need-based financial aid by completing the FAFSA, available December 2023 for 2024-2025 academic year. Students can apply for admission prior to completing the FAFSA. If you do not intend to apply for need-based financial aid, you do not need to complete a FAFSA and will only need to apply for admission to the college.
November 1 - Early Action
December 1 - Early Decision 1
February 1 - Early Decision 2 and Regular Decision
Returning students must complete the FAFSA and submit all verification paperwork by April 15 for the 24-25 academic year. See the returning student financial aid checklist
